Stayed in twin room which was perfect for me. Having shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet was a bonus.

i would say it's excellent base for staying and exploring osaka.

Overall, it's good choice for exploring Osaka attractions. The location is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, close to a station. Within 1 km you'll find Oretachi Notakobeya, where you can drink something.

I always stay at this hotel. It's great! The staff once helped return my forgotten things. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, restaurant, massage, laundry, flat-screen TV. I'm coming back for the new year!

The room at Apa Hotel Shin Osaka-Eki Tower was great! It had all the essentials like a desk, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The electric kettle was a nice touch, and the air conditioning kept me cool during my stay. I also enjoyed the city views from some of the rooms. as a traveler, I found the room comfortable and convenient.

Personally, I would have preferred if all the rooms had city views. But again, that's just my personal preference, and I understand that others may still enjoy their stay without it.

The service at this hotel was amazing, the rooms were spotless, and the view from the higher floors was breathtaking. Being close to key attractions and amenities also made our stay here very enjoyable. the beds were also very comfortable, ensuring us peaceful sleep throughout the night.

checking in was a bit of a struggle as the computer kept resetting and we had to be assisted by a staff member. These were minor issues that did not prevent us from enjoying the overall experience.

It took just a few minutes to walk to the hotel even though the route under the road and train lines seemed a bit strange. However, it was well lit and safe. The hotel facilities were top-notch and very clean. The hotel staff was friendly and provided excellent service.
